Breathe In Love Meditation

This free group meditation is done with minimal speaking in a quiet, candle lit room with provided chairs & recliners. We are guided by Brooke, who leads us into breath exercises that expand & clear our physical & energetic bodies. This weekly meditation deepens your relationship to your own breath & the power that it holds. The breath is the keeper of our spirits & with practice we can invite our spirit into the body.
Kids over 12 years old typically excel in this class. It would be an honor to have you.
