Exercise

I am sure you have all heard the expression “motion is life.”  Well, whoever said it was very accurate.  Exercise is one of the most important links in keeping a healthy body, mind, and spirit.  Numerous studies have shown that exercise reduces risks of many diseases, as well as helps maintain a healthy body weight for an individual.  At Pure Life Health Centers, we realize that everyone is on a different path and a different stage in life, therefore we never recommend a one-size-fits-all exercise routine.  However, with that being said, we do believe that not all exercise is created equal.  We typically recommend exercises that are designed to give people the most efficient workout.  We encourage our clients to start a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine as soon as they can.  We also recommend working out outside so that sunshine and fresh air become a part of our clients everyday routine.  By performing these exercises and being outdoors, the body will first sweat out any toxins inside, burn off extra sugar that is taken in through the day, and produce anti-aging / healing hormones such as Human Growth Hormone and Vitamin D.  The end result is a healthy body, mind, and spirit!  Please check out our education pages for more information on exercise.
